Booking a class

  1. Open the calendar on sushi.lu and pick a date with available places.
  2. Choose the number of tickets and complete registration and payment.
  3. You receive a confirmation by email.

Places are limited. If a date is full, choose another session or contact us for a private group.

The chef guides you through sushi rice, cutting, and traditional and modern techniques. At the end you taste what you made. Training, the meal and soft drinks are included.

Public classes are usually held at Aka Cité, 3 rue Genistre, L-1623 Luxembourg. A standard Sushi Class runs about 11:15–13:00, followed by the tasting. Always check the event page for the exact venue and times.

Published public rates (confirm on the ticket for your date):

  • Sushi Class (13+): €68.50 per person
  • Family class, adult: €55
  • Family class, child 8–15: €30 (certificate included)

Each fee includes training, the meal and soft drinks.

Sushi Class: 13 years and older. Family Sushi Class: children 8–15 with an accompanying adult. One ticket is valid for one person.

No experience is required. Single tickets are welcome — you work at your own station and share the tasting with the group.

Use the contact form and tell us your preferred period, group size, language (FR/EN) and location. We reply with availability and a proposal. Do not use a public ticket for a full private team.

Public class tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, contact us as early as possible — we may move you to another date if space remains, but this is not guaranteed. If we cancel a class, we offer a new date or a refund/voucher.

Gift vouchers

Yes. Buy a gift voucher on sushi.lu and send it through our system. The recipient receives an email with the code and books a date in the calendar.

They follow the link in the email or enter the code at checkout when registering for a class. One voucher equals one class place, unless the product you bought says otherwise.

Yes and no. The message will be sent immediately but our personal message is included in the email.

Check the spam folder. If nothing arrived, write to info@sushi.lu with the purchaser name and approximate order time. We can resend the voucher.
