It was a great experience. I learned about sushi, from traditional to Western styles, and it was explained well enough that I could make my own platter. We ended up with a generous amount of sushi to eat. It ran a little over the scheduled time, though, so just keep that in mind

A fantastic experience! The class was well organised and easy to follow, with a calm, friendly atmosphere. Our sushi sensei was a great teacher, sharing background information and practical tips, then demonstrating each technique before we tried it ourselves.
At the end, we sat down to enjoy the sushi we’d made—a lovely way to finish! Coffee and water were included, which was a nice touch.
The price might seem a little high at first, but I felt it was well worth it: each person makes a generous platter for around two people, so we even had leftovers to take home.
An original, relaxing and delicious activity. Highly recommended!
